The District is a quasi-municipal organization governed by the statutes of Colorado and a Board Of Directors elected by the property owners of the District.

The District accepts cash, money orders, checks and certified funds.

Our district is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and posts relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.
